We had several local service companies look at our machine and they each had the same recommendation “rebuild the spindle”. We had 1 machine at that time and having it down for a minimum of a week while it was pulled and sent out would have been catastrophic for us. One of the guys in the shop mentioned to me that they had met Ken at the last company he worked for and he tracked down his number for me. Within 2 days Ken was in our shop and has us running again and the machine did not need to be broken down for him to fix it.

Thanks to Ken we did not miss a single delivery date and the cost was a fraction of what a re-build would have been. That machine has been running full time for almost a year now with absolutely no more problems.
